A Block
leader is an entity that lets you annotate a part of a scheme or elements of
a 2D layout. The appearance of the block leader depends on the parameters stored in the
leader style.

In the Annotation menu, select the Leader
style you want to use.

Specify the first point of the arrow.

Specify the next point of the leader line (optional, depending on the leader
style).

Specify the point for the block (optional, depending on the leader style).

Enter the text of the attribute defined in the block set in the leader style.
You can specify the points by clicking in the graphical area or by entering their
coordinates.
