Inserting Attributes You can select attributes and insert them in the graphic area. Do one of the following: Click Edit symbol > Insert attribute . Click Edit title block > Insert attribute . The Insert attribute dialog box opens and displays the available attributes. Attributes already present in the symbol or title block display in blue. Select the attributes that you want to make available for insertion into the symbol or the title block. Click OK. In the attribute insertion dockable panel, define the following properties attributes: Font Justification Height Spacing between each attribute Horizontal or vertical placement Other property attributes might be available. In the graphics area, click the insertion point of the attribute group. The following options are available: Option Description Adds a new attribute. Deletes the selected attributes. Moves the attribute up one level. Moves the attribute down one level. In the Attribute management dialog box, you can select the specific attributes to add. For the Manufacturer part: #REF_REF and #REF_MAN are the attributes for base reference only. #REF_REF_CUR and #REF_MAN_CUR are the attributes for the part attached with the inserted symbol. #REF_REF_ALL and #REF_MAN_ALL are the attributes that list all the parts associated with the component.
