Warp analysis predicts the final shape and dimensions of a part after the
part is fully cooled.
After you run a Warp analysis, you can do one of the following:
- Save the deformed shape of a part as a SOLIDWORKS part in a new
configuration of the current file.
- Save the deformed shape as a new SOLIDWORKS part file. You can
then use the deformed geometry for simulation or manufacturing purposes.
The Warp analysis module is available with the SOLIDWORKS
Plastics Premium product.
