The default layer for construction lines is ARESM_CL.
The command also turns on the lock mode of the AM_CL layer. A layer with this name usually
originates from drawings created in another CAD software.
Use the AM_Constline command
to create construction lines on the default construction line layer.
You can also use the InfiniteLine and Ray
commands to place construction lines in the graphics area. Make sure that these
infinite lines are placed on a standard construction line layer so you can apply the
AM_ConstructionLineLayer command to
them.
To lock or unlock construction line layers:
Enter AM_ConstructionLineLayer
in the Command window.
The lock mode for construction line layers changes.
