Publishing Drawing Sheets from a Subset

The Publish Drawing Sheets dialog box lets you specify the drawing sheets to publish from a drawing sheet set or subset.

You can include for publishing all drawing sheets from the drawing sheet set or you can specify the drawing sheets that you want to publish.

To publish drawing sheets from a subset:

  1. In the Sheet Set Manager, open the drawing sheet set to publish.
  2. Right-click the drawing sheet set or a subset and select Publish > Subset and Drawing Sheet Publish Settings from the context menu.

The Publish Drawing Sheets dialog box displays all drawing sheets (and subsets, if any) from the specified drawing sheet set or subset.

Clicking a drawing sheet from the list displays the information about the drawing sheet, such as status, name, description, and location of the corresponding .dwg file in the Details area.

  3. Specify the drawing sheets and subsets to include for publishing.

Note: In the Publish Drawing Sheets dialog box, the drawing sheets are automatically selected according to the Include for Printing option. However, you can change the selection.

To specify all the sheets in a drawing sheet set, click the corresponding node in the list.

  4. Click OK.
