The reference information is not available in the Contains and Where
Used tabs until the file is checked-in at least once.

Move

Permit or deny
group-level access to
files |
Set group permissions on a selected file.
Group-level access to items is not supported so this permission is unavailable for
item folders. For a file in this folder, a user with this permission
can use the File Permissions tab in the
Properties dialog box to select groups that
will have file-level access. Only users who are in the selected groups and have the
appropriate folder and workflow state permissions will be able to access the file.
Users who are not in the group will not see the file regardless of their folder and
state permissions.
