Destroy |

the standard vault, only the Admin user can see the private state files.

- View private state files of other users.
- Cache and open the added version of the file in its native
application.
The reference information is not available in the Contains and Where
Used tabs until the file is checked-in at least once.

Move
file |
Move files in the selected folder. To move a file, the user must also have move permission in all of
the workflow states the file has been in.

Permit or deny
group-level access to
files |
Set group permissions on a selected file.
Group-level access to items is not supported so this permission is unavailable for
item folders. For a file in this folder, a user with this
permission can use the File Permissions tab
in the Properties dialog box to select groups
that will have file-level access. Only users who are in the selected groups and
have the appropriate folder and workflow state permissions will be able to access
the file. Users who are not in the group will not see the file regardless of their
folder and state permissions.
You can also enable
group-level access to all files created by a specific user as a default setting
from the Permissions per File tab for that
user. See User Properties - Permissions per
File.

permission is unavailable for item folders.

Share file to

Show working
versions of files |
See both working versions and revisions of
files. To see a file that has no revision set (or if
revisions are not being used), this permission must be set together with
Read file contents.
