Tolerance Settings

Tolerance Settings are in the third page of the Create Inspection Project PropertyManager. In Tolerance Settings, you specify tolerance types, units, and formatting.

Type

By Precision	Specifies the default tolerances by precision (based on the number of decimal places in nominal dimensions). In the Format table, enter tolerances for a dimension with zero decimal places on line 0, with one decimal place on line 1, and so on.
By Range	Specifies the default tolerances by a range of values. Enter the lower and upper limits for each range for the nominal value in the Format table and enter the default tolerance for that range.

Units

Specifies the unit of measure.

Format

Specifies the Linear and Angular plus and minus tolerance values for linear and angular dimensions.
