The symmetric linear diameter dimension is available for any drawing
view, but it is best suited for drawings views that need only one side of a
leader.
To create symmetric linear diameter dimensions:

In a drawing, click Symmetric Linear
Diameter Dimension
(Dimensions/Relations
toolbar) or

In the PropertyManager, specify options:
