Example

Locate the MyProfile folder under DraftSight_install_dir\APISDK\samples\C#.

Open MyProfile\MyProfile_2015.csproj in Visual Studio.

Inspect MyProfile\commands\CommandMyProfile.cs.

Run the project to install the DraftSight add-in.
