Managing Snapshots The Snapshot management dialog box contains all snapshots you created such as manual snapshots and automatic snapshots created in the Revision management. Click Process > Snapshot management or In a dockable panel, right-click an electrical project and click Snapshot management . In the dialog box, the following options appear: Option Description Take snapshot Creates a new snapshot. Restore as new project Restores the selected snapshot. A message box opens indicating the name of the new electrical project and asking whether you want to keep or not the existing snapshots. Delete Deletes the selected snapshot. A message box opens asking you to confirm the deletion. Properties Opens the Snapshot properties dialog box. For more information, see Snapshot Properties. Configuration Allows you to manage the display settings for items in the dialog box. The dialog box lists all snapshots included in the electrical project, they are sorted by creation date and the list displays information about each snapshot. The Snapshot management allows you to create, edit or delete the electrical project snapshots. It also allows you to schedule automatics snapshots. Select the following to schedule automatic snapshots: When book revision is verified:When this option is activated and when you verify a revision index, a dialog box opens asking whether you want to create a new snapshot. After a period of (days): Select this option if you want to create periodically a new snapshot. Indicate the number of days. A message will open reminding you to create a new snapshot, if the last snapshot is older than the number of days entered, in the Snapshot management. Parent topicSnapshots
