Drawing Ellipses

You can draw an ellipse using the Ellipse command.

Do not use ellipses for generating electrical schematics. They are not managed by the electrical project database.
  1. Click Draw > Ellipse .
  2. For a new ellipse, define the center point and both axes.
  3. In the dockable panel, the following options are available:
    Option Description
    Click to end the command.
    Enter coordinates Enter a value for the X and Y coordinates. The coordinates are separated by a comma (for example, 150,125).
    Distance Enter the length of the first and the second ellipse axes.
