Inserting Multiple Components

You can insert multiple components or a component with several associated manufacturer parts. You can also manage the order of the inserted component.

1. In the Electrical Management panel, select the components to insert. Right-click and select Insert .
2. In the Insertion order dialog box, manage the order of the insertion of the components and click OK.
3. Click the insertion point to place the first component.
4. In the Multiple Insert PropertyManager, do the following:
   1. For Multiple Insertion, select the side (left or right) to insert the subsequent components.
   2. For Spacing, enter the separation distance between each 3D part.
   3. Click Form sub-assembly to group the inserted 3D part in a new subassembly for better structuring.
5. Click .
