Sync/Enterprise Sync Capabilities
- Batch converts 3D CAD and other 3D data into Composer formats while controlling tessellation settings.
- Automatically applies Right Manager settings.
- Saves batch job settings to an XML file for future use.
- Creates up to three levels of detail for the geometry used by Composer and Composer Player.
- Creates a fully-shattered (exploded) Composer file structure that allows incremental content updates.
- Publishes 2D raster and vector images from a Composer file or a set of predefined views.
Sync/Enterprise Sync Benefits
With Sync, changes in metadata, geometry, bills of materials (BOMs), and manufacturing information can be updated on the desktop in Composer deliverables, guaranteeing accurate and consistent information. To incorporate modifications to the digital product definition, other systems might require you to reconvert entire CAD assemblies, and they cannot always incorporate user annotations or modifications. With Sync, companies can minimize the time it takes to update their documentation by processing only changed data and automatically updating all Composer content.
