Managing Favorites

You can view, rename, or delete favorites from the Toolbox - Hole Favorites or Toolbox - Hardware Favorites dialog boxes.

This procedure describes managing hole favorites. The process is the same for managing hardware favorites.

  1. Click Holes (Mechanical toolbar) to open the Toolbox - Holes dialog box.
  2. On the right side of the dialog box, click Favorites Manager (Favorites toolbar).

The Toolbox - Hole Favorites dialog box opens, with the Active standard shown at the top.

By default, only the favorites for the active standard are displayed.

  3. To display all hole favorites, at the bottom of the dialog box, click Display favorites for all standards.

The favorites for other standards are added to the list and appear in a lighter font.

  4. To view details of a favorite, hover over it until a tool tip appears.
  5. To sort the favorites list, click one of the column heads.

The list is sorted in ascending or descending alphabetical order.

  6. To rename a favorite:
    1. Right-click the favorite and select Rename.
    2. In the Toolbox - Rename Favorite dialog box, modify the Name field and click OK.

You can also double-click the name in the Favorite column to select and modify it.

  7. To delete favorites, do one of the following:
    • To delete all favorites in the list, right-click any favorite and click Delete All. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
    • To delete one or more favorites, select the favorites to delete, right-click and click Delete. When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Yes.
