The Show Minimum Radius 
tool (Spline Tools toolbar) displays the radial measurement of the curve with the smallest radius of a spline.
To display the minimum radius of a spline:
In an active spline sketch, click Show Minimum Radius (Spline Tools toolbar).
The minimum radius curve appears with the radial measurement.
