Mapping Custom Properties from Drawings to Report Templates

To map custom properties from drawings to report templates:

In the SOLIDWORKS Inspection - Template Editor dialog box, select Custom Property From Drawing.
In SOLIDWORKS, open the drawing and click File > Properties.
In the Properties dialog box, on the Custom tab, double-click a Property Name and copy it.
In the SOLIDWORKS Inspection - Template Editor dialog box, paste the custom property name into Custom Property From Drawing.
In Microsoft^® Excel^®, click the cell in the template where you want to map the value for the custom property.
In the SOLIDWORKS Inspection - Template Editor dialog box, click Insert.
