Bookmarks

3DEXPERIENCE users can create bookmark folders on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to which you save bookmarked content for quick access.

You can use the Bookmark Editor

tool to manage bookmarks.

When you use the bookmark tools, notifications inform you if the command is successful or if there were blocking issues. For example, if you use the Add to Recent Bookmark tool, and do not have any recent bookmarks, a notification appears to alert you that there are no recent bookmarks.

To access the bookmark tools, on the Lifecycle and Collaboration CommandManager, click Bookmarks .

	Bookmark Tool	Description
	Add to Bookmark	Adds content to a bookmark folder. See Adding Bookmarks
	Add to Recent Bookmark	Opens the Recent Bookmarks dialog box that displays the last six recently opened bookmark folders. Select a recent bookmark folder to which to add the file, then click Add.
	Open Bookmark Editor	Opens the Bookmark Editor that you use to manage your bookmarks. See Bookmark Editor Basics.
	Copy Bookmark Link	Copies the bookmark link to the open file to the clipboard. You can then share this bookmark link by the platform, email, or other methods.
