3DEXPERIENCE Files on This PC

3DEXPERIENCE users can use the 3DEXPERIENCE Files on This PC tab in the Task Pane to manage cache file content. The tab displays file information in a similar way to the Windows File Explorer, and manages the changes on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

The 3DEXPERIENCE Files on This PC tab provides an improved way to work with the cache files. You can view the details of the files, delete them, or drop them in the graphics area. The tab also updates automatically to show the most current data, eliminating the need for manual refreshes.

Status Indicator

An orange status indicator onRefresh helps you track the state of the files. When the view is current, the indicator remains clear. If you save new files, download files from the platform, or have missing files locally, the indicator turns orange. This visual clue lets you know when the tab needs your attention, allowing you to quickly respond to changes.
