Installing the Derived Format Converter

To install the Derived Format Converter:

  1. Log in to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

    If your company has an on-premises installation, contact your Administrator to get the sign-in link.

  2. On the top bar of the 3DDashboard, click the Compass .
  3. Under Me, click Derived Format Converter .
  4. Follow the prompts to install the Derived Format Converter .
  5. Click Compass > Derived Format Converter again to initialize the Convert feature so you can use it with the Design with SOLIDWORKS app.
