Remarks

Specify the units of this property with ICWGeneralSpringConnector::Unit.

If only this property or ICWGeneralSpringConnector::AxialStiffnessValue are non-zero, then calling ICWGeneralSpringConnector::SetReferenceCoordinateSystem is not necessary.
