Reviewing the Static Study with Shell Mesh

You now use the Shells configuration to model the same problem.

Review the Partial-Shells study. It includes:

  • A static study. Shells defined with 0.5 inches thickness.
  • Alloy steel as the material
  • A 200 psi pressure on the inner faces
