You define two pin connectors. The first pin is a smooth hinge that connects the cylindrical faces of the handles. The second pin simulates the resistance to tightening the bolt by associating a spring with a rotational stiffness.

In the Simulation study tree, right-click the Connections
folder and select Pin.

In the PropertyManager, under Type:

Select the two faces shown for Cylindrical Faces/Edges

Select With retaining ring
(No translation).

Clear With key (No
rotation).

Under Connection Type,
select Distributed.
The default Rotational Stiffness value is 0 (frictionless hinge).

Rename the connector to pin between branches.
