You specify a Free global interaction condition on
all contacting faces in the assembly.
You specify a Free global interaction for
the assembly because some of the face pairs used in defining pins are in contact
with each other. If such faces are bonded through meshing (default), no pins can be
defined between them.

Click the down arrow on Connections
Advisor
(Simulation CommandManager)
and select Component Interaction
.
The Component
Interaction PropertyManager appears.

select Free.
