Applying Convection to the Coffee Surface

You apply a convection boundary to the top faces of the coffee.

1. In the Simulation study tree, right-click the Thermal Loads folder and select Convection .
2. In the graphics area, select the four faces constituting the surface of the coffee in the coffee pot.
   
3. Set Units to English (IPS).
4. Set the Convection Coefficient to 8.5e-6 (BTU/(sec.in².°F)).
5. Set the Bulk Ambient Temperature to 72 (°F).
