Defining Shells

  1. In the Simulation study tree, under Parts part.png, right-click the shell icon ST_Shell.gif and select Edit Definition.
  2. Select mm for Unit and type 5 for Shell thickness .
  3. Click PM_OK.gif.
  4. Apply Ductile Iron from the Iron folder of the SOLIDWORKS Materials library to the shell.
