Click Size Dimension (MBD Dimensions toolbar).
Select the hole shown.

DimXpert automatically recognizes the pattern used to create the part, and selects Pattern in the feature selector.
In the feature selector, click Create Compound Hole .
Rotate the part and select the similar hole on the opposite side.
In the feature selector, click .
Click to place the dimension.
