The
Standard toolbar contains basic commands, including New,
Open, and
Save.
The
gear
icon 
on
this
toolbar
opens the System Options dialog box, where you can
change various settings.
When
you hover over the
arrow
beside the app name at the top of the app, you
reveal
several
main
menus that contain all available
commands.
Click the pin icon to keep this menu bar open.
