Mouse gestures are easy to customize. You can specify the number of
mouse gestures that appear in the mouse gestures guide to 2, 3, 4, 8, or 12.
If you set the number of gestures to 2, you can orient them horizontally or
vertically. By default, four gestures display on the mouse gestures guide.
Next, learn how to customize mouse gestures, and set up mouse gestures for parts with
eight commands:

Click New
(Standard toolbar) and double-click Part.

in the upper-right corner, select Enable mouse
gestures.

Under Enable mouse gestures, from the
list, select 8 Gestures.

gesture guide in the Mouse Gestures

You can customize the mouse gesture assignments through a
visual drag-and-drop user interface. You drag tools from the list of
commands in the
Customize dialog box to
the mouse gestures guide.
- If you drag a tool to an empty position, the tool is
added to the mouse gestures guide.
- If you drag a tool to an occupied position, the
dragged tool replaces the tool on the mouse gestures guide.
- If you Ctrl +
drag a tool from one gesture guide position to another, the tool is
copied to the second position.
