In the graphics area, double-click Plane2.
Click Circle (Sketch toolbar).
Sketch a circle on Plane2, with the center approximately along the same vertical axis as the sketch origin.
Click Circle (Sketch toolbar).
In the graphics area, select the circle and the arc.
In the PropertyManager, under Add Relations click Concentric , then click .
Click Smart Dimension (Dimensions/Relations toolbar), and dimension the circle diameter to 75.
