Managing Obsolete Favorites

If you create favorites based on a standard and then delete the standard, you can purge those favorites from the list.

This procedure describes managing obsolete hole favorites. The process is the same for managing obsolete hardware favorites.

  1. In the Toolbox - Holes dialog box, click Favorites Manager Toolbox_Favorites_Manager (Favorites toolbar).

A message tells you that obsolete favorites have been found and asks if you want to delete them.

  2. Do one of the following:
    • To delete the obsolete favorites, click Yes.

When the Toolbox - Hole Favorites dialog box opens, the obsolete favorites are no longer listed.

    • To retain the obsolete favorites in the list, click No.

When the Toolbox - Hole Favorites dialog box opens, the obsolete favorites are still listed, with a warning icon Toolbox_favorites_obsolete_warning to indicate that they are no longer accessible.
