Closing a BIM Drawing

As you create drawings from a BIM model, drawings receive index values starting from 0.

Use the BIMDrawingClose command to close a BIM drawing by specifying its index value.

To close an open BIM drawing:

  1. Type BIMDrawingClose at the command prompt.
  2. Specify the drawing index value.

    - or -

    Specify the ? option to list available index values for plans, elevations, and sections.

    Note: The start index of drawings begins with the value 0.

  3. Press Enter.

    If the drawing has changed since it was last saved, a prompt asks whether to save the changes. Click Yes to save the changes or No to discard them.
