User Interface

You access Mechanical Toolbox commands from the Mechanical Toolbox menu or Mechanical Toolbox toolbar. The Mechanical Toolbox menu appears on the DraftSight menu bar when you activate the Toolbox add-in.

The Mechanical Toolbox menu options let you open dialog boxes where you specify details for objects that you want to add to drawings. The following options are available:

When you click OK in a Toolbox dialog box window, messages in the Command window prompt you to locate the objects in the drawing.

You can also open these dialog boxes from the Mechanical Toolbox toolbar.
