CircuitWorks Options - PADS Export

Sets PADS ASCII file export options.

To display CircuitWorks Options - PADS Export:

From the CircuitWorks Options dialog box, click PADS Export .

To display the CircuitWorks Options dialog box:

Do one of the following:

  • From CircuitWorks, click File > Options.
  • From SOLIDWORKS, click Tools > CircuitWorks > CircuitWorks Options.
Write PADS files in these units: Selects units for PADS export:

MILS

Inch

Basic

Swap part name and part number Assigns the CircuitWorks part number to PADS decal names and assigns the CircuitWorks part name to the PADS part number.
By default, CircuitWorks maps the part name to the PADS file decal name.
