If
your PDM task host runs SOLIDWORKS Connected, you must log in at least every 7 days to keep
the license active. If you do not, the task host cannot open SOLIDWORKS, and your PDM tasks
will stop working.

Log
in to the task host machine.

Open SOLIDWORKS Connected.

Sign in to 3DEXPERIENCE with your credentials.

Click Remember Me to reduce the need for frequent
authentication.
Set a reminder to log in at least once a week.

Make sure SOLIDWORKS Connected opens without any issues.
If a PDM task fails because of an expired license, log in to SOLIDWORKS Connected
to reactivate the license. Then restart the PDM Task Host service so it recognizes the
renewal. Retry the task in PDM to confirm it works. If the issue continues, contact
