The Stretch command moves only the points included in the selection
window. It does not modify points outside the selection window. All the objects inside the
selection window are moved. Select the points to stretch, then specify the base point and
the desired endpoint.

If you select only some points of an entity, the unselected points remain in their
current positions. As a result, you stretch the entity by moving the selected
points. If you select all points of an entity, you move the whole entity.
