In the SOLIDWORKS PDM Administration tool, you can archive a workflow.
You cannot transition
or rollback
the file to another state within the archived workflow.
To archive a workflow, right-click a
workflow and select Archive.
The workflow then
moves under the Archived Worflows sub folder.
You can also see the Archived tag in the version tab of the file on the
explorer view.
You can unarchive the workflow later
whenever required.
