Welcome to SolidWorks Design Checker
SolidWorks Design Checker verifies design elements such as dimensioning
standards, fonts, materials, and sketches to ensure that SolidWorks documents
meet pre-defined design criteria.
SolidWorks Design Checker is available in
SolidWorks Professional and SolidWorks Premium only.
SolidWorks Design Checker has two parts which you complete in the following
order:
Build
Checks. Use the Build Checks
tool to set the requirements for evaluation. The requirements are saved
in a file with a .swstd extension.
You can also use the Learn
Checks Wizard to build checks based on an active document or
use Create Checks from DWG to build
checks for a DWG file.
Check
Active Document. SolidWorks Design Checker uses the Build
Checks requirements file to evaluate the document.
