The Walk-through function lets you explore or create a video of the 3D geometry of machines, plants, equipment or other systems.

To display the PropertyManager, click View > Lights and Cameras > Add Walk-through.

Avatar Parameters

Vertical direction Displays the up direction. To change, click in the box and select an object to define the direction. A green arrow displays the direction.
Flip Direction Reverses the up direction.
Viewing height Sets the height above the floor or motion path at which the camera is positioned.

Motion Constraints

Curves, planes, and planar faces to define floors and motion paths Defines constraints to limit motion through the system. You can define none, one, or several constraints. Select 2D or 3D sketches, grid feature, reference plane, planar face, or model edge. Use the Move Up and Move Down arrows to arrange the constraints.
Turn avatar to follow paths Turns the camera to face the direction of travel. Clear the option to keep the camera facing the direction it was turned toward. You can, for instance, move the camera forward and have it record objects on one side of the path.
Treat faces as infinite planes Allows camera movement beyond the edges of any face to which the camera is constrained.
