LINE (L)

Draws straight line segments.

Specify:

1 From point
2 To point

Specify coordinate values (XY) or point and click in the graphics area. The second prompt loops so that you can continue specifying points to generate a series of line segments.

Each segment is a separate entity.

To close, type C at the To point prompt. A line is drawn from the last point to the first, closing the figure and ending the procedure.

To exit the command without closing the figure, press Enter or Esc, or right-click.
