Workflow Tab

Use the Workflow tab to search for files in a specified workflow state.

Display files in state Searches for files in the selected workflow state.
Include files that have been in the specified state at least once Extends the search to files that have once been in the selected workflow state.
Find only transitions made by Searches for files whose workflow states were changed by the selected user.
Only transitions made before Searches for files that entered the workflow state before the selected date.
Only transitions made after Searches for files that entered the workflow state after the selected date.
