Version Data Tab

The Version Data tab limits the search to specified file versions.

Version comment Searches files for the comment saved when the file version was created (checked in). Type the whole comment or part of it.
Only versions created by Limits the search to the versions created by the selected user.
Only versions created before Finds only versions created before the specified date.
Only versions created after Finds only versions created after the specified date.
Only files with variable "Revision" Searches for matches in revision fields. Your administrator can customize which revision fields constitute a match.
