Surface Wizard - Welcome PropertyManager

The Surface Wizard converts a mesh feature into surfaces and a solid model.

To use the Surface Wizard:

  1. Open a part containing a mesh feature.
  2. Click Surface Wizard Tool_Surface_Wizard_ScanTo3D.gif (ScanTo3D toolbar) or Tools > ScanTo3D > Surface Wizard.

    You can also right-click a mesh in the FeatureManager design tree and select Surface Wizard from the shortcut menu.

  3. Select the mesh.

    The PropertyManager reports the Number of Faces.

  4. Click PM_next.gif.
