Suppressing and Restoring System Messages

You can suppress messages that you see frequently if you know that you will always choose the default response. You can restore messages that have been suppressed.

For example, if you prefer to work with dimension driven sketches, you can suppress the Make Dimension Driven? message box by selecting Don't ask again when the message is displayed. When you over define a sketch you no longer see the message.

To restore a suppressed message:

  1. Click Options or select Tools > Options.
  2. On the System Options tab, click Messages/Errors/Warnings.
  3. Under Dismissed messages, select the message to restore.
  4. Click OK.
