Changing Access Permissions on a Shared View Using the Properties Dialog Box

To change access permissions on a shared view using the Properties dialog box:

  1. Log into the system as a user with local administrative permissions.
  2. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the vault view folder.
  3. Right-click the folder, then select Properties.
  4. In the Properties dialog box, click the Security tab.
  5. Under Group or user names, select the Windows profile groups that use the shared vault view and ensure they have all access permissions selected (Full Control).
  6. To extend Full control to a group:
    1. Select the group and click Edit.
    2. In the Permissions dialog box, under Permissions for Authenticated Users, check Allow for Full Control.
    3. Click OK.
  7. Click OK.
