You can attach clients to a vault by running a view setup file (.cvs), without running the View Setup wizard. You can create a .cvs file from any existing SOLIDWORKS PDM client.
You can launch the .cvs file silently using triggers, as described in Scripting Vault View Setup.
To create the .cvs file:
"C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS PDM\ViewSetup.exe" /a
Remove any existing vault views before selecting those views in the View Setup wizard.
On the Finish screen, the available action is Save to file.
