Adding Tangency Control to Splines

To add tangency control:

In the Edit Sketch mode, select a spline.
Click Add Tangency Control (Spline Tools toolbar) or Tools > Spline Tools > Add Tangency Control to display a new handle.
Drag to place the handle.
Click to position the handle.

Use the handles to control tangency.
