Notification Editor - Symbols and Options
The following table shows the symbols and options available in the Notification
Editor. Not all items are available for all tabs in the Notification Editor.
Symbols and captions for notification assignments
Notifications in the same
row in the upper-right pane are "and" conditions. That is, a
notification is triggered only if all selected conditions are met. For
notifications to be "or"
conditions, they must be split on two or more
rows, where all selections following the "or" condition are shown
in a new row (for the same folder or file).

This notification is defined in the Notification Editor and can be changed

The path of the selected folder. |

When state is |
Notification is triggered from the selected State. |

Allows you to specify the from and to states.
The notification is triggered when the
file leaves the selected From
state and enters the To state,
via the workflow transition selected from the Via list. |

When file is added |
The notification is triggered when the file is added.

could be either checked out or checked in, and the file state is changed. |

The notification is triggered when the file is checked out. |

The notification is triggered when the file is checked in. |

The notification is triggered for selected state transitions when the
file is checked out. |

The notification is triggered only if you created the file. |
