SIGN
The SIGN(a1,a2) function transfers the sign of the value
of the expression a2 to the magnitude of the expression a1.
SIGN(a1,a2) = ABS(a1) if a2 > 0
SIGN(a1,a2) = -ABS(a1) if a2 < 0
