Scenes
Scenes create environments that are reflected by high gloss appearances
such as chromium plate.
Scenes also add balanced lighting to enhance all appearances. In the Task
Pane, scenes are organized according to type.
Basic Scenes
This scene type is characterized by a simple background and lighting.
Examples include Warm Kitchen
and Office Space.
Presentation Scenes
This scene type is characterized by a background that becomes part of
the environment. Examples are Wood Floor
Room and Courtyard Background.
Studio Scenes
Studio Scenes combine elements
from the previous two types. Examples are Reflective
Floor Checkered and Grill Lighting.
Studio Scenes
also includes an ambient
occlusion lighting scheme.
Adding Scenes
To add scenes from the
Task Pane:
Expand Scenes
in the Appearances Task
Pane.
In the upper pane, double-click scene folders.
Previews appear in the lower pane.
Drag a preview into the graphics area.
You can also double-click
the preview.
To add scenes from the
Heads-up View toolbar:
Click Apply scene
(Heads-up
View toolbar).
Select the scene to
add.
